Cost-Effective EtG Testing

Ethyl Glucuronide (EtG) testing via a new immunoassay process extends alcohol detection from hours to days, offering a new tool to monitor abstinence compliance or detect secret drinking in recovering alcoholics. Unlike alcohol, which leaves the system quickly, EtG, a product of alcohol metabolization, can be detected in the body for two to seven days after consumption in urine.
