Quality Assurance

Bendiner & Schlesinger, Inc. uses scientifically accepted testing methods and participates in the country’s most stringent peer review proficiency testing program (New York State Department of Health’s). We also maintain rigorous internal quality protocols to verify and document results accuracy, turnaround time, data input and quality management in all areas of operation.

We successfully participate in the following programs:

• New York State Department of Health Proficiency Programs (Clinical and Toxicology, including comprehensive Forensic certification)

• Centers for Disease Control (HIV diagnostic tests, T-Lymphocyte subsets, Viral Load); any other voluntary peer review programs as they become available

• College of American Pathologists Proficiency Programs

Our Laboratory Director and Associate Laboratory Director oversee Bendiner & Schlesinger, Inc.'s Quality Assurance program in conjunction with experienced laboratory supervisors. This program consists of a stringent ongoing review process of internal quality protocols and proficiency testing data to assure the highest levels of quality and integrity.

In addition, we provide monthly, quarterly and annual quality assurance reports to our clients.
